Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Pedes Orange County are routinely issued during regular office hours. You can make your request by calling (949) 387-4724.

Refills are generally not issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as our physicians may not have access to all your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.

We ask that you wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to your appointments to ensure our physicians have easy access for any necessary examinations or procedures.

We are conveniently located at 1400 Reynolds Ave, Suite 110, Irvine, CA 92614, in the heart of Orange County. Free parking is available onsite for all patients and visitors.
Our specialists diagnose and treat a wide range of vascular conditions, including peripheral arterial disease (PAD), non-healing wounds, varicose veins, uterine fibroids, pelvic congestion syndrome, and knee or shoulder pain caused by osteoarthritis.
We offer a variety of minimally invasive, image-guided procedures such as venous ablation, arterial intervention of peripheral arterial disease, uterine artery embolization (UAE), prostate artery embolization (PAE), genicular artery embolization (GAE), angiograms with intervention, and more, all performed safely in our outpatient facility.
During your initial consultation, you’ll meet with one of our vascular specialists to review your medical history, discuss your symptoms, and perform any necessary imaging. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan designed to fit your health needs and lifestyle.
Consultations for Established patients typically take 30–60 minutes, depending on the complexity of your condition. New Patient Consultations typically take 60-120 minutes, depending on the reason for your visit. Most minimally invasive procedures are completed in under two hours, and patients usually go home the same day.
While referrals are appreciated, they are not always required. Patients may contact our office directly to schedule a consultation. Keep in mind that a referral may be needed if you have an HMO or Medi-Cal plan.
Most procedures performed at Pedes Orange County are outpatient-based, meaning patients can return home the same day. Recovery time varies, but many resume light activities within a few days.
Our procedures are performed using local anesthesia and moderate sedation to ensure your comfort. Most patients report only mild discomfort that resolves quickly.
We offer same-day or next-available appointments, especially for patients with urgent needs such as open ulcers, non-healing wounds, clotted dialysis access or severe leg pain and hand pain.
Your safety is our top priority. Our facility adheres to strict sterilization, imaging, and procedural protocols, using advanced equipment in a clean, comfortable environment.
If you need to reach us outside normal business hours, please leave a message with your contact information. For emergencies, always call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
