Make an Appointment for Venous Treatments

At Pedes Orange County, we understand that you may have questions about what to expect during your visit with us, and we are committed to providing you with clear and accessible information. To assist you, we’ve compiled a comprehensive list of frequently asked questions on our website, enabling you to find answers quickly and easily. Our goal is to ensure you feel informed and supported throughout your health journey.

Our normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm.

To schedule an appointment with one of our expert vascular specialists, we encourage you to call our office at (949) 387-4724. One of our friendly staff members will be happy to assist you in getting scheduled at a time that best works for you.

When coming in for your appointment with one of our vascular specialists, we ask that you kindly bring the following items with you:

  • Photo ID
  • Insurance card
  • Patient forms
  • Previously performed X-rays, MRI results, or other digital imaging

At Pedes Orange County, we accept Medicare, Medicaid, Medi-Cal, and most major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company, or you may call our office at (949) 387-4724 to find out if we accept your plan.

If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, coinsurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa®, American Express®, and MasterCard.

Should you have a scheduling conflict and need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please provide us with notice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Pedes Orange County are routinely issued during our regular office hours. You can make your request by calling our office at (949) 387-4724.

Refills are generally not issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as our physicians may not have access to all your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.

We ask that you wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to your appointments to ensure our physicians have easy access for any necessary examinations or procedures.
