Welcome to Pedes Orange Country

Pedes offers an unparalleled level of experience and expertise within a conveniently located, state-of-the-art facility. For over a decade, our specialists have devoted their lives to treating patients with vascular disorders of the lower extremity through minimally invasive procedures and advanced image-guided therapies. If you have a strong family history of vascular disease or believe you may be experiencing symptoms, it is important to see a physician.

Vascular Disease Treatments We Provide

Arterial Treatments

A lower extremity atherectomy is a minimally invasive surgical method that removes plaque from the arteries. A thin device is inserted into the arteries through a catheter wire to gently remove the buildup and widen the artery & restore blood flow. Other arterial treatments include angioplasty and stenting.

Venous Treatments

Our vascular specialists treat the entire spectrum of vein disease and its underlying cause, venous reflux disease. Pedes Orange County offers multiple treatment modalities for venous disease, providing customized treatment plans for each patient including advanced treatments like radiofrequency
ablation, sclerotherapy, and microphlebectomy.

Hemodialysis

Hemodialysis is one of the management and treatment options for advanced kidney failure. At Pedes Orange County, we offer comprehensive treatment plans for dialysis access, access maintenance, ongoing clinical support, and more. At Pedes, we offer a new treatment for hemodialysis, EndoAVF.

Women's Health Treatments

We provide women’s health treatments like uterine artery embolization (UFE), which is a minimally invasive treatment for uterine fibroids and noncancerous growths in the uterus. UFE essentially starves a fibroid of blood, glucose, and oxygen by blocking the arteries flowing to the fibroid. We also provide treatment for pelvic venous diseases, including pelvic venous congestion syndrome and May-Thurner’s Syndrome.

Men's Health Treatments

At Pedes Orange County, we provide comprehensive treatment options for men’s health. Varicocele embolization is the abnormal enlargement of the veins within the scrotum. We also specialize in prostate artery embolization (PAE) which treats benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH), an enlarged prostate.

Knee Osteoarthritis Treatments

Genicular artery embolization (GAE) is a minimally invasive procedure designed to alleviate knee pain caused by osteoarthritis. It works by reducing the blood flow to the inflamed knee lining, effectively mitigating the symptoms of knee arthritis, although not treating the underlying cartilage damage.
