
Dr. Jalil Kalantari, MD, MSc, MSc
Vascular Specialist
Dr. Kalantari is a vascular specialist who focuses on endovascular procedures. He is a Dean’s Honor List graduate of the University of Western Ontario, London, Canada. He earned a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences and his Master of Science in Healthcare and Administration from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Health. He earned his medical degree from Chicago Medical School in the top 10 percentile and as part of the National Honor Society of Upsilon Phi Delta. After completing his surgical internship at Harbor-UCLA, he earned his diagnostic radiology degree from Loma Linda Medical Center. Dr. Kalantari then earned his sub-specialty fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Harvard teaching hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
Dr. Kalantari’s skills and interests include aortic and peripheral vascular disease, venous interventions, pelvic congestion syndrome, varicocele embolization, interventional oncology, uterine fibroid embolization, prostate artery embolization, and genicular artery embolization. Dr. Kalantari has extensive publications, national and international presentations with an emphasis on vascular disease.
Dr. Kalantari focuses on a holistic approach to patient’s health, emphasizing multidisciplinary collaboration to improve quality of life. He believes in combining the latest cutting-edge interventions with evidence-based medicine.
